Experience The Virginia Somerville Sutton Theatre

The curtain of the Virginia Somerville Sutton Theatre at Well·Spring has risen. The 340-seat theatre hosts a wide variety of arts programming, as well as educational talks and events.

This state-of-the-art theatre was designed to be a superior environment for musical performances as well as spoken-word events. From amazing acoustics to a hearing loop system that will directly feed audio from the stage into audience members’ hearing aids, every inch of the space has been well thought out to be a great benefit to many of our residents and visitors.

The Virginia Somerville Sutton Theatre also is available for arts and educational organizations to host their events. In doing so, the theatre takes our longtime financial support of these groups to a new level, by growing our relationships into even more impactful partnerships.
