Well•Spring Services creates new Vice President of Human Resources role; hires Rick Williams to lead dynamic new HR program

GREENSBORO, N.C. (Feb. 5, 2017) – Well•Spring Services, Inc., today announced that Rick Williams, SPHR, SHRM-SCP will start April 1 as Vice President of Human Resources – a new position at the organization.

“As part of our corporate strategic planning, Well•Spring Services, Inc., determined that the time is right to take our human resources program to the next level,” said Stephen P. Fleming, chief executive officer. “To this end, we have created a new position, Vice President of Human Resources. We are excited about our short- and long-term plans and recognize that a robust, cutting-edge human resources department is vital alongside that growth. We’re very pleased to have Rick join our team and look forward to him leading human resources for our 600-plus employees. He is a terrific addition to the Well•Spring family.”

Williams has a long, rich background in human resources. He currently serves as Director of Human Resources and Payroll/Title IX Coordinator at Guilford College. Previously he was the Human Resources Consultant and Firm Administrator at Sharrard, McGee & Co., P.A., in Greensboro and High Point and Administrative Manager at Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc., in Greensboro.
